Upper School
Barrack Hebrew Academy
Upper School provides a challenging college preparatory
program in a Jewish context. We develop our students'
skills and confidence, allowing them to pursue goals
of higher education and positive involvement in the
Jewish community.
Barrack Hebrew Academy's
curriculum is rigorous and comprehensive. All Upper
School students are enrolled in eight majors: English,
History, Math, Science, World Language, Hebrew, Tanach
(Bible) and Jewish Studies. In addition, each year there
are required Physical Education and Health classes.
The success of the Barrack Hebrew Academy Upper School is evidenced by
our outstanding college acceptance record.
Barrack Hebrew Academy
Upper School is a community, with built-in support systems,
advisory programs, and a nurturing environment that
helps our students navigate adolescence in a positive
way. Nobody slips through the cracks at Barrack Hebrew Academy. In addition,
students involve themselves in the community beyond
Barrack Hebrew Academy by participating regularly in service programs
(Chesed), developing their commitment to Tikkun Olam
- Repairing the World.
